Engineering
team choreography.

PitLane exists to give working teams what racing teams take for granted: rehearsal. High-velocity simulation, cross-team choreography, and a clock that tells you the truth.

Why the pit lane

Fast teams aren't born.
They're rehearsed.

A modern pit stop changes four tires in under two seconds. Twenty-odd people, each with one job, moving as one unit. Nobody improvises that. They run it hundreds of times before race day.

Most companies never rehearse at all. The first time a cross-functional team runs a real outage, a real escalation, or a real launch slip is the time it counts — and the time it costs.

We built PitLane to change that. Short, realistic, AI-driven simulations of the moments that decide performance, run by the whole crew together, measured like a lap.

What we believe

  • The bottleneck is almost always a handoff, not a person
  • Ten minutes of practice beats an hour of training content
  • People rehearse honestly only when a bad run is private
  • If you can't measure the change, it didn't happen
Principles

Four rules on the pit wall.

01

Crew over driver

We measure the team's lap, not a leaderboard of individuals. The fastest person can't win a race on a slow pit stop.

02

Bite-sized, always

Drills fit in the working day. If it needs a calendar block and a catered lunch, it won't happen twice.

03

Private by default

Individual telemetry belongs to the individual. Psychological safety is a performance input, not a perk.

04

The clock doesn't lie

Lap times, sectors, deltas. If a training program can't show a measured change, it gets cut.
